Leann has been an integral part of EGO from the start and was the Salon’s Manageress for 2 years before taking on ownership 10 years ago. She qualified at Chichester College in 2006 with NVQ levels 2 & 3 and has an incredible 19 years’ experience within the hairdressing industry. She has trained on TIGI & GHD Colour, Paul Mitchell and a wide range of cutting and styling courses. Since the popularity of extensions, Leann qualified in Great Lengths human hair extensions and has achieved some amazing transformations for her clients. She also regularly attends all EGO’s in-house TIGI colour training courses to ensure her knowledge and skills are kept up to date.

Trudie has a wealth of industry experience behind her – 37 years to be exact! Since qualifying in City & Guilds at Chichester College where she studied hairdressing/wig making/cosmetic makeup/manicure and communication skills in 1984, she has worked mainly in the Goring area, venturing to outside this area to Worthing only as part of her training. She has previous Salon Manager experience and has been on numerous training courses such as L’Oréal highlighting techniques/dressing long hair diploma /the effective manager/retail revival course/Paul Mitchell seminars and colour and cut courses. Trudie has also been part of local backstage theatre productions, doing their hair ready for the stage. She has been at EGO since its opening as a Senior Stylist for the last 10 years and attends all of our inhouse TIG colour training courses.
Rachael has been with us at EGO for the past 5 years and brings a vast array of international experience to the team. She qualified at just 18 and has been in the industry for 19 years. She worked extensively across Australia and then Dubai before joining EGO as a Stylist. Rachael has completed many L’Oréal Colour Courses and regularly attends our in house TIGI colour training to keep up to date with the latest techniques and enhance her skills.

Alessia has been a part of the EGO team for nearly a year and is set to qualify from Rewards Hair Academy in Brighton later this year. We’re excited to be supporting her in her apprenticeship and for her to join the EGO team as a qualified hairdresser.

Charlotte has had a love for all things hair from a very young age and joined the industry from school in 2017. She gained experience at a few local Salons before joining the EGO team where her passion has flourished. In early 2020 she attended a TIGI colour course which has strengthened her skills and knowledge in this area. She is set to qualify this year and is already looking to expand her knowledge into barbering and extensions.

Tara worked as a Skin care Specialist at Clarins for 5 years before joining the EGO team 9 years ago. She passed her NLP Practitioner course in 2018, her Master Practitioner in 2019 and also has an NVQ Level 2 Mental Health in Children and young adults which she passed in April 2021.
